I recently met with a friend while she shared her knowledge about edible plants in our local area.  I brought along my video so we could share this with all of you!

Remember: NEVER eat anything in the bush you are unsure of.  This video is for entertainment and educational purposes, but it is best to travel with a guide to wild edibles if you are still learning – like me!  or bring along someone that is knowledgeable so you don’t ingest something poisonous.
