My Coaching Style

I am your guide, which means I will hold you accountable to the goals you choose to set for yourself on your journey.  Some of my clients come to me to integrate a fully raw diet, and some are just starting out.  Wherever you are on your journey I will meet you where you are at and guide you into what is right for you and your body.

I supply you with a toolbox of strategies, recipes, self discovery exercises and food-ucation so you can learn to challenge yourself to become the best version of who you are.  I listen, guide and help you find the answers within yourself.

I work with clients in short-term programs (3 months or less) or longer term programs (6 months+).

Many of my coaching programs include things like:

  • private coaching time in person, telephone or via skype;
  • private lunch and cooking demonstrations;
  • grocery and health food store tours;
  • yoga and/or recreational fun activities;
